Description
The Technical Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, governance, tracking, and execution of cross-functional technology programs and strategic initiatives across the Technology division. The role bridges Product Management, business stakeholders, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, security, and executive management; manages dependencies, risks, KPIs, dashboards, governance meetings, and post-project reviews; and establishes program management methodologies and best practices. Candidates need at least five years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar technology-driven role, along with strong software delivery, stakeholder, analytical, communication, and execution skills.
