Description

Spry Methods is seeking a Technical Program Manager to provide leadership and technical oversight for personnel supporting cyber intelligence analysis, operational enablement, and related mission activities. The role includes assigning work, supervising technical efforts, managing team performance, overseeing all-source cyber analysis and intelligence products, coordinating with Government and mission partners, managing project scope and resources, and supporting financial and business processes. The position requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility and extensive experience in intelligence analysis, cyber operations, requirements development, analytical reporting, and project management, with occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, certifications, clearance level, and contract requirements, and the position is contingent upon contract award.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least seven years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements within the last ten years.
At least seven years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community or related Government, industry, or academic organizations in intelligence collection, policy, systems, and capabilities within the last ten years.
At least seven years of experience applying intelligence analysis principles, concepts, and methodologies, including HUMINT and SIGINT methods, within the last ten years.
At least five years of experience developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations within the last ten years.
At least five years of experience producing analytical reports, including Intelligence Information Reports, serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products, within the last ten years.
At least five years of experience managing project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule within the last ten years.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting DoD law enforcement, counterintelligence, or cyber operations.
Experience leading multidisciplinary intelligence and technical teams.
Experience reviewing serialized intelligence and all-source cyber products for quality and compliance.
Experience coordinating with Intelligence Community, law enforcement, counterintelligence, and interagency mission partners.
Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence, intelligence collection management, technical capability assessments, and operational planning.
