Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Proven work experience as a Programme or Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar.
An understanding of project management methodologies and when to apply them.
Strong Account Management skills, with a desire to grow relationships with both existing and new clients beyond the initial engagement.
Track record of consistently high performance.
Proven experience of running benefits realisation processes within projects.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable navigating complex organisations and building networks across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications: 2:1 or above from a recognised university, or a first-class degree from any university.
Quantitative background preferred: Degree or academic background in a quantitative discipline such as maths, economics, engineering, physics, or similar.
Evidence of strong critical thinking: Able to structure problems clearly, analyse information quickly, and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
High level of proactivity: Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a bias toward action.
Strong interpersonal presence: Able to build rapport quickly, communicate with confidence, and engage stakeholders effectively.
