Parser is hiring a full-time Technical Project Manager in London to lead end-to-end implementation activities for complex card issuing, processor migration, and payment programs. The role coordinates technical and business workstreams, manages certification, testing, tokenization, clearing and settlement, production cutover, and post-launch stabilization, and serves as an embedded subject matter expert and product lead. Candidates need senior-level payments expertise, experience with issuers, processors, card schemes, and large-scale payment technology delivery, and strong stakeholder-management skills.
