Description
Provenir is hiring a fully remote, individual-contributor Technical Program Manager based in Indonesia to manage active projects end-to-end and serve as the technical point of contact for live customers. The role combines project execution, stakeholder coordination, risk and dependency tracking, and independent technical troubleshooting of SaaS decisioning products, including log analysis, issue triage, and escalation to support and engineering. Candidates need 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong SaaS and risk decisioning knowledge, distributed-team collaboration skills, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
