IonQ is hiring a Technical Programme Manager to lead global manufacturing programmes for its quantum computing systems and complex customer-site deployments across the Americas. The role coordinates engineering, science, logistics, facilities, security, compliance, mobility, and customer teams through planning, build execution, site readiness, installation sequencing, vendor coordination, risk management, and customer handover. It is based in Bothell, Washington, requires onsite work at least three days per week, and includes approximately 30% travel, mostly within the United States. Candidates need five or more years of technical programme management, manufacturing, or complex hardware deployment experience, a technical degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with international programmes and advanced hardware.
