Description
GovTech is hiring a Technical Programme Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technical programmes across Singpass, initially focusing on the National Certification Authority (NCA) build, commissioning, and transition to stable Day 2 operations, as well as strategic initiatives such as Verifiable Digital Credentials. The role coordinates engineering, security, governance, procurement, legal, vendors, and external partners; manages milestones, risks, dependencies, procurement workstreams, operational readiness, and audit readiness; and supports decision-making and programme transitions. Hands-on PKI or cryptography expertise is not required, but experience with infrastructure, platforms, security, procurement, regulated environments, or digital identity is preferred.
