Description
The employer is hiring a Technical Project & Delivery Manager (remote) to oversee IT service delivery and customer projects, manage project teams and external partners, monitor SLAs and risks, support customer relationships, and contribute to delivery standards and proposals. The role requires several years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, team coordination, supplier management, and risk and resource planning, along with German C1 or native-level proficiency and English B1. It is a full-time permanent position with a 40-hour work week and benefits starting in the seventh month.
