Description

Deloitte is hiring a Technical Project and Program Manager for its Technology-US Office of the CIO PMO team. The role manages large and complex IT programs and projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, system integrations, and data migrations; supports portfolio financial reporting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communications, resource coordination, and delivery of projects on schedule and budget. The position is predominantly remote with limited travel and offers limited immigration sponsorship. Recruiting ends September 30, 2026, and the disclosed salary range is $102,500 to $188,900.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of project/program management experience on large, complex, cross-functional IT initiatives using structured methodologies and formal tools
3+ years managing full-lifecycle SAFe/Agile projects, including business case and implementation planning
1+ year of people management experience overseeing and mentoring project managers and project coordinators
3+ years of project and program financial management, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, business case development, resource management, tracking, scope control, risk and issue management, and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Hands-on Azure DevOps experience
Certified SAFe Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
1-2 years of ServiceNow project or program management experience
1 year of experience in a matrixed professional services firm or consulting organization
Strategic thinking and ability to connect across workstreams and matrixed organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence
Experience developing strategy and business cases and implementing plans
Professional client service excellence
Self-starter capable of managing multiple initiatives and collaborating across teams
Experience mentoring and leading teams focused on client service and remote risk management
Experience working with executive leaders and their offices
IT financial management experience
Ability to structure issues and determine resolutions in ambiguous situations
Ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects
Strong commitment to integrity
