Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project Controller - Engineering & Project Performance for a maritime defense client at the Hamburg site. The role defines and monitors technical KPIs, completion rates, project forecasts, risks, and deviations; produces dashboards and reports; leads controlling review meetings; and escalates critical issues. Candidates need an engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable degree, initial project planning and controlling experience, KPI and reporting expertise, SAP and MS Office knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with the possibility of working partly from home or remotely.
