Description
Valon is hiring a Technical Project Controller for construction project management to plan, control, and invoice refurbishment, maintenance, and conversion projects; supervise construction; manage external architecture and engineering services; tender and award maintenance and service contracts; prepare bills of quantities; and support technical property management. The role requires a technical degree or relevant technician training, several years of construction-measure experience, knowledge of VOB, strong communication, customer orientation, and MS Office proficiency. It is available in Soest, Cologne, and Berlin, with flexitime, core working hours, and home-office arrangements.
