ImmoHerz+ is hiring a Technical Project Coordinator to support individual requests, review manufacturer quotations, align offers, coordinate documents between factories, workshops, and specialist planners, and maintain technical information, design versions, and deadlines in a CRM. The role requires at least three years of experience in a technical, construction-related, or project-coordination environment; a degree in architecture or civil engineering and experience in precast, serial, or modular construction are preferred. The position is based in Erfurt or can be performed remotely, with flexible scheduling, training, and health programs.
