The role manages construction and maintenance projects across stores from planning through acceptance, coordinates external service providers and trades, monitors schedules, costs, and quality, handles defects and on-site acceptance, and contributes to tendering and contract awarding. Candidates should have completed technical vocational training, preferably in building services or refrigeration technology, and initial practical experience in construction, maintenance, or facility management.
