Description
The Technical Project Engineer will lead cross-functional technology development projects from early-stage R&D through industrial implementation and manufacturing scale-up. The role coordinates R&D, engineering, production, quality, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and external contractors; translates business and customer needs into engineering specifications; drives laboratory, pilot, and commercial-scale development; manages project priorities and resources; and serves as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a graduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 5–8+ years of experience in industrial or technology-driven environments, project and partner management experience, and the ability to work in a matrix organization. It offers flexible working hours and hybrid work options and requires a Swiss working permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
