Hireframe is hiring a Technical Project Engineer to lead end-to-end implementation of customer communication platforms, including CCaaS and UCaaS systems such as Zoom, Five9, Genesys, and Dialpad. The role manages full-cycle onboarding projects, client requirements and solution design, platform configuration, number porting, routing, API integrations, UAT, training, go-live, and transition to operations.
