The role combines technical management of bid processing and system development with requirements analysis, specification preparation, system integration, testing, project planning, customer technical proposals, supplier coordination, technical reviews, risk and claim management, and system qualification. It requires a completed technical degree, strong technical English, production-engineering experience, and knowledge of production optimization, Lean methods, production planning, and quality improvement.
