Hireframe is hiring a PSO Technical Project Engineer focused on CCaaS and UCaaS to lead end-to-end customer communication platform implementations. The role manages full-cycle onboarding projects, client requirements and solution design, platform configuration and deployment, integrations, testing, training, documentation, and handoff to vendor or operations teams. It requires experience with CCaaS or UCaaS platforms, telephony and call-flow configuration, APIs, and SaaS onboarding, along with strong client communication, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.
