Description

CACI is hiring a full-time Technical Project Lead - 160th SOAR CMRC Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of Army Special Operations Aviation combat mission rehearsal and training events. The role manages project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, customer requirements, risks, site surveys, regulatory compliance, and technical reviews, while also mentoring contractor personnel and operating night-vision and encrypted radio systems. It requires a current TS/SCI clearance, at least 10 years of Army aviation experience, and up to 25% travel within the Continental United States. The proposed salary range is $66,400 to $139,600.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of experience as a Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, or Officer in Army Aviation
Expertise in Special Operations Aviation tactics, techniques, and procedures, including operational and training risks
Familiarity with Army Special Operations rotary-wing aviation tactics, procedures, planning, and mission planning
Knowledge of FAA regulations applied to rotary-wing aviation operations, training, and site selection
Experience conducting or supporting aviation site surveys, operational assessments, training-event planning, or comparable mission-support activities
Working knowledge of night vision systems and ability to operate them according to established procedures
Ability to operate encrypted multiband radio systems and comply with communications-security requirements
Ability to analyze complex operational, technical, logistical, and regulatory issues and develop recommendations or courses of action
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including requirement documentation, stakeholder briefings, and technical meetings
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing contract personnel and delivery tasks for DoD or similar activities
Prior assignment to ARSOAC or 160th SOAR as a training resource manager or coordinator
Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and effectively in a joint working environment
