Description
The Technical Project Lead will provide technical leadership and coordinate interdisciplinary teams for demanding technology projects involving remote-controlled weapon station systems. Responsibilities include defining and monitoring work packages, preparing technical decision papers, supporting customer and partner bids and workshops, evaluating technical changes and product improvements, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting integration, verification, and qualification activities. The role requires a technical degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, or a comparable program, several years of technical project management experience, team leadership experience, knowledge of requirements, configuration, and change management, and fluent technical English.
