Seek Thermal Inc. is hiring a Technical Project Lead in Santa Barbara, California to own the technical critical path for new-product programs delivering LWIR thermal imaging products from concept through production. The role reports to the SVP of Engineering and requires coordinating electrical, mechanical, software/firmware, optics, and systems teams across phase-gate development, design controls, verification, risk management, and cross-functional technical decision-making. It is an on-site position with a salary of $140,000 to $160,000 plus bonus potential, and requires a bachelor's or master's degree plus 5+ years of engineering experience including 2+ years leading the technical critical path on embedded hardware/software programs.
