Description
SWJ Technology is seeking a Technical Project Lead to support the installation, power-on, startup readiness, and production ramp-up of modular automated production equipment at an automotive manufacturing facility in Fremont, California. The role coordinates mechanical and electrical installation, contractors, subcontractors, cross-functional teams, customer buyoff, EHS compliance, issue resolution, reporting, and final acceptance. It is a temporary, on-site assignment lasting approximately 6 to 8 weeks, with day-shift work starting at 7:00 AM, weekend availability, and possible night-shift support.
