The Technical Project Manager will lead NGS service projects from customer intake through delivery, translating customer needs into sequenced workflows, defining scope and costs, preparing quotes, coordinating with sales, field application support, customer service, legal, product management, lab operations, and bioinformatics, and managing timelines, data delivery, invoicing, quality requirements, and customer expectations. The role also provides technical and project leadership, drives process optimization and scalability, and supports strategic projects. It requires a relevant PhD and at least five years of NGS project or program management experience, including customer-facing experience, and offers a San Francisco Bay Area base salary of $164,000–$203,000 USD plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
