Akkodis is hiring a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for long-term employee leasing at its Kassel site. The role independently manages complex national and international development and customer projects in military training and education systems, including driving simulators and turret trainers. Responsibilities include overseeing costs, quality, deadlines, technical implementation, cross-functional teams, external partners, schedules, budgets, proposals, and customer discussions. The position requires a relevant engineering or management degree, several years of technical project management experience, knowledge of defence or simulation environments, proficiency with MS Project, SAP, and MS Office, strong German and English skills, and willingness to undergo security screening.
