AMGEN Capability Center Portugal is hiring a Technical Project Manager for a delivery-focused role in its Applied AI practice to manage end-to-end delivery of GenAI assistants, agents, Custom GPTs, RAG solutions, AI-enabled applications, reusable AI capabilities, and intelligent automation initiatives. The role requires coordinating cross-functional, geographically distributed teams across Portugal, the United States, and India; leading Agile and Scaled Agile execution; managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communication; and ensuring documentation, testing, readiness, and operational handover. The position is based in Lisbon and requires strong technical understanding of GenAI delivery, AI/automation tools, and experience with project management in complex technology environments, preferably with relevant certifications and regulated-industry experience.
