The role bridges Optical Solutions engineering in the United States and Engineered Ceramics R&D in Vietnam, supporting the US-based Program Manager while managing project plans, risks, technical issues, stakeholder communication, documentation, and production readiness. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least six years of engineering project management or related experience, cross-functional and international project experience, and the ability to travel internationally.
