Coupang is hiring a Technical Project Manager to define, analyze, design, and deliver large-scale technology programs and systems. The role bridges business teams and Global Technology Services, translating data and business needs into requirements, coordinating engineering implementation, managing multiple complex programs, improving data quality and infrastructure, and supporting ecosystem design. Candidates need 13–15 years of related experience, strong project and change-management expertise, infrastructure and IT-service-delivery knowledge, and executive-level communication and negotiation skills. The work model is hybrid, onsite, or remote, with at least three office days per week.
