Description
Crusoe is hiring a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end new product development lifecycle for its Spark modular data center, from scoping and planning through detailed design, first-of-a-kind builds, and mass production. The role manages schedules, budgets, scope, requirements, risk, phase gates, third-party contractors, and project reporting while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, NPI, and other stakeholders. It is based in the Denver Cherry Creek office with frequent travel to the Brighton manufacturing facility and infrequent travel to other sites. The position requires extensive experience in high-tech physical product development, manufacturing scale-up, BOM and PLM systems, and related technical project management; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with PMP or CAPM preferred. Compensation is $175,000–$215,000 plus bonus and equity.
