Description
ECI is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead client-facing technology implementation projects, including IT infrastructure, relocations, and enhancements. The role manages project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, revenue recognition, invoicing, vendor coordination, and client communication while driving profitability and client retention. It requires a BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience, managed services provider experience, and knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, end-user support, and network security. The position is hybrid in ECI’s Midtown office, with three onsite days and two remote days per week, and offers a maximum annual salary of $140,000 plus health benefit eligibility, life insurance, pet insurance, and a 401K.
