Description
ECI is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead client-facing technology implementation, relocation, and IT infrastructure enhancement projects. The role owns project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, revenue recognition, invoicing, vendor coordination, and client communication while advising clients and driving profitability. It requires a BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience, managed services provider experience, and knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, end-user support, and network security. The position is hybrid in ECI’s Midtown office, onsite three days per week and remote two days, with a maximum annual compensation of $140,000 and health benefit eligibility starting the first of the month.
