Emi Labs is hiring a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end enterprise client implementations of its AI recruitment assistant, from discovery and scope definition through configuration, QA, UAT, go-live, and handoff to Customer Success. The role bridges business and technology, coordinates Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, manages timelines and risks, communicates with clients, and translates business requirements into technical configurations. It requires 3–5+ years of relevant project management, technical implementation, solutions, consulting, or similar experience, strong organization, documentation, communication, problem-solving, and technical curiosity.
