Description
The Technical Project Manager will plan, direct, and implement large-component campaigns in the offshore wind sector, coordinating internal specialist departments, external service providers, and international stakeholders. The role manages transport, logistics, and warehousing concepts; monitors project progress and documentation against quality and safety standards; identifies and manages project risks; and optimizes processes, standards, and workflows. Candidates need a completed technical degree or comparable qualification, several years of experience leading complex technical projects, preferably in offshore wind or large-component environments, interdisciplinary and international project experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent German and English abilities.
