Description
ELCA is seeking project managers to lead demanding software development and integration projects across their full lifecycle. The role covers project planning through acceptance, proposals and pre-sales support, budget and resource management, agile and classic methodologies, quality and risk management, customer communication, and coordination of architects, software engineers, and offshore developers. Candidates need a technical university-level degree, several years of software project management experience, familiarity with methods such as Scrum or HERMES, Jira and Confluence knowledge, experience managing CHF 500k+ budgets and teams of more than five people, strong communication skills, pre-sales experience, and fluency in German and English.
