Arcadis is hiring a bilingual Technical Project Manager for its Digital Intelligence Practice Group in Ciudad de Mexico on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on translating client requirements into technical solutions, coordinating subject matter experts and technology teams, reviewing technical documentation and schedules, managing project risks and work volumes, supporting supplier negotiations, and overseeing UAT, FAT, and SAT testing. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, software development and technology-integration experience, client-facing experience, IT knowledge, and experience with agile project management and Jira.
