Molex is hiring a Technical Project Manager in El Salto, Jalisco to lead strategic engineering, new-product-introduction, capacity expansion, and automation projects for its Optical Solutions business. The role manages cross-functional teams, project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and executive-level status, translating customer and business requirements into measurable outcomes. A bachelor's degree in engineering and experience leading engineering, NPI, or project management initiatives in a manufacturing environment are required; experience with optical connectivity, global engineering projects, Lean and Six Sigma, Microsoft Project, and executive communications is preferred.
