Molex is hiring a Technical Project Manager in Conway, Arkansas, to lead global cross-functional teams through the New Product Development process from project initiation through production. The role partners with Product Managers, develops project charters, schedules, reports, change controls, risk plans, and project plans, manages suppliers, and mentors project management practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, supply management, or a related field, at least four years of project management experience, experience leading product development projects, and the ability to obtain PMP certification within one year. The role requires domestic and international travel of up to 15–25% and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
