Molex is hiring a Technical Project Manager in Lisle, Illinois, to lead global cross-functional teams through the New Product Development process from project initiation through production. The role partners with Product Managers, develops project charters, schedules, reports, change controls, risk plans, and project plans, manages suppliers, and mentors project management practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, supply management, or a related field, at least four years of project management experience, experience leading product development projects, and experience with customer-facing or multinational teams. The position offers $120,000–$165,000 per year plus variable pay and does not offer visa sponsorship.
