The role plans, coordinates, and supports internal technical projects and continuous-improvement processes for plastic-component manufacturing. Responsibilities include monitoring components, test procedures, and quality standards; analyzing errors; coordinating with customers and suppliers; and maintaining project and test documentation. The position requires a technical degree or technician training, IT and Microsoft Office skills, German and English proficiency, teamwork, and customer-focused coordination.
