Global Technology Services is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager, also described as a Senior Professional Services Engineer, to deliver technology projects and strategic solutions in a managed services environment. The role manages end-to-end professional services engagements, including discovery, scoping, resource and timeline coordination, scope and profitability monitoring, client communication, documentation, handoffs, and escalation of risks and out-of-scope requests. It requires experience in IT professional services, technical project delivery, cloud and enterprise IT environments, and client-facing project management, with a Monday through Friday schedule and B2+ English proficiency.
