The position leads complex digital initiatives including websites, applications, marketing technology, CRM, CMS, and systems integrations from discovery through launch, coordinating strategy, UX, design, development, marketing, analytics, QA, account, and client teams. Responsibilities include project planning, Agile delivery ceremonies, scope and risk management, resource coordination, documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery-process improvement. Candidates need at least five years of experience managing complex digital, software, web, or marketing technology projects, with strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, software development lifecycles, and project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
