LTS is hiring a remote Technical Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a major AI-powered modernization initiative for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The role coordinates AI/ML, legacy healthcare, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, integration, and agile delivery teams; manages program plans, schedules, risks, budgets, sprint execution, and stakeholder communications; and oversees VistA modernization, ATO and FedRAMP planning, compliance, and operational transitions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of technical project or program management experience, including 3 years leading AI, ML, or intelligent automation programs, along with federal IT governance, VistA, Agile, DevSecOps, and stakeholder-management experience. The salary range is 175K–215K, and the role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
