Description
The role leads construction projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating design and approvals, internal departments, partners, suppliers, government institutions, and other stakeholders. It also manages project documentation and requires construction project management experience, knowledge of real estate legislation, Latvian and preferably English communication skills, strategic thinking, negotiation, organizational ability, MS Office skills, and a Category B driver’s license. The position is based in the Akropole Rīga business center, offers health insurance after three months, and pays a salary starting from 2700 EUR gross per month.
