Description
Neros is hiring a Technical Project Manager to support technical planning, cost analysis, resource planning, and execution tracking for RDT&E, engineering, and defense program efforts. The role develops cost, schedule, and resource plans; technical schedules; estimates, budgets, forecasts, and Basis of Estimates; and tracks variances and risks across engineering, testing, manufacturing, finance, contracts, and other teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or 4–8 years of related experience, plus experience with technical development, scheduling, quantitative project planning, Microsoft Excel, and project scheduling tools. The US salary range is $111,500–$156,000 base, with equity grants included in total compensation.
