This role involves coordinating, planning, executing, and delivering complex cross-functional software and non-software projects. The successful candidate will identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement opportunities within Agile software teams, coach team members on Lean and Agile principles, and mitigate risks to program delivery. Key responsibilities also include acting as a Scrum Master, Release Manager, and Program Manager, ensuring smooth delivery, high-quality releases, and successful execution of company-wide initiatives.
