Description
Feronyl is creating a new R&D Manager position based in Mouscron. Reporting to the COO, the role bridges customers and the plant, develops and validates injection-moulding designs and tooling, selects materials, supports OEM customers, prepares quotations, manages technical documentation and ERP data, and leads a team of three project engineers and a researcher. The position requires an industrial engineering or plastics-processing background, 5–10 years of experience in injection and tool design, CAD and technical-documentation skills, ERP knowledge, strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, and perfect English.
