Description
The Technical Project Manager will lead the development of training simulators and systems for Air Force, Army, and Navy pilots, including Level D full-flight simulators, rear-crew training systems, and ground-crew solutions. The role owns system concepts and integration, technical proposals and customer negotiations, risk and claim management, project reporting, acceptance testing, supplier coordination, and progress monitoring. It requires a technical degree in aerospace, electrical, computer, or a comparable field, technical project leadership experience, simulation or military flight-simulation experience, strong IT and software affinity, English proficiency, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel worldwide.
