Sécheron Hasler Group is hiring an experienced Technical Project Manager in Prague–Horní Počernice to own custom-built traction substation and power-system projects end to end, from kickoff and engineering through production, testing, FAT, and customer handover. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages schedules, budgets, risks, changes, customer communication, reporting, and escalations, with occasional international business travel. Candidates need electrical engineering knowledge or comparable experience, at least four years of project management experience ideally in power or traction systems, English and Czech fluency, project-management tools knowledge, a Category B driving licence, and strong structured communication skills.
