SET Development is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs for a confidential aerospace company developing space-based solar power systems. The role combines systems-driven supply-chain operations with project management, overseeing hardware, software, and integrated-system delivery across engineering, product, and operations teams. Responsibilities include program governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, technical trade-off analysis, and execution discipline. The position requires 7–12+ years of technical program or project management experience, complex engineering-program experience, systems-engineering knowledge, and cross-functional team management skills. Preferred qualifications include aerospace or energy-systems backgrounds, systems-engineering frameworks, hybrid Agile and waterfall experience, and PMP or equivalent certification.
