Description
SHINE Technologies is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead integrated project teams responsible for the design, procurement, delivery, installation, engineering, construction, and operations of SHINE equipment and construction packages. The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, change, risk, vendor coordination, and recovery or mitigation plans, while providing strategic and day-to-day guidance to project teams. Candidates need a technical background in instrumentation and controls or electrical engineering, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and at least five years of project management experience in a technical field; project management certification is desirable. The base salary is $110,000–$150,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package.
