Steer Health is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee healthcare implementations, focusing on EHR integrations and AI-powered workflow configurations. This role involves leading complex projects from contract to go-live, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. The manager will collaborate with internal leads like the VP of Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and GTM, driving scalability and ensuring successful customer adoption. Periodic travel to U.S. customer sites is essential.
