Tillster is hiring a full-time Technical Project Manager/Project Manager based in Mexico City to lead strategic enterprise customer initiatives and project delivery across global restaurant and hospitality markets. The role serves as a primary liaison for large multinational customers, manages project plans, timelines, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional teams, and coordinates with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Customer Success. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant project, client, program, account, or customer-facing delivery experience, strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, bilingual English and Spanish at C2 level, and knowledge or learning ability with modern AI tools.
